Payment
When
enquiring about your event, the specification and requirements
will be agreed with the client and a fixed price quotation will
be given. Method of payment will also be agreed. All quotes are
valid for 3 months from date of issue.
Should the
client wish to make a booking, a deposit will be required. The
remaining balance will be payable 2 weeks before your planned event.
Cancellations and refunds
50% of the
deposit will be refunded should the event be cancelled up to 28
days before the planned date. Should the event be cancelled at
least 7 days before the planned date, 50% of any further monies
paid will also refunded. Should your event be cancelled within 1
week of the scheduled date, the full quoted price will be
charged.
Damage and
negligence.
We understand
that spills, slight damages and losses can occur wherever crowds
and alcohol are mixed, and we accept this.
We do insist
however that our staff are treated courteously and our equipment
is not maltreated, In the highly unlikely event of wilful damage
to our tables/ equipment, the costs of repair or replacement
will be charged to the client’s account.
Special
requirements
We will
endeavour to meet any special requirements. Should any of these
not be practicable or appropriate, this will be discussed with
the client prior to any quote being issued. We are flexible, and
the specification of the event can be changed until the
scheduled date, subject to lead times and availability from our
suppliers. In the event that Premier Casino Hire cannot meet any
aspect of the agreed specification, a full refund of said item
or service will be made.
Event
managers
Event
managers will have discretion to deviate from the above terms
where necessary and will be available for contact from
acceptance of the booking until the event. They will also be
available at the event or appoint a deputy.
Customer feedback
We value our clients’
opinions and issue a feedback form to each one. We ask that you take
5 minutes to fill in the form and return it to us so that we can
pass on any praise to the staff and use any suggestions or criticism
to continually improve our service.
Publicity and advertising.
Unless agreed with the
client, Premier Casino Hire may take photographs of the event to use
on the company’s website or advertising. Any photographs taken will
not be issue to ANY 3rd party and copies of the
photographs will be sent to the client in digital form.
